Returns Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return any items. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our online chat to receive our return shipping address. Be sure to include "Afterglow Beauty Return" on the package. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and a tracking ID.

Due to hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot refund any items that have been opened, and products must be returned with the seal intact. Please note, glues and liquids are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

If a product is faulty or damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt, after which we will send you a return label. Once the item is received, inspected, and deemed faulty, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • FREE or SALE items, including "BUY 5 GET 1 FREE" offers, are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Clearance items, as described when ordering, are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Parcels Returned to Sender

If Royal Mail attempts delivery twice and the parcel is not delivered, it will be held at your local delivery office for two weeks. If uncollected, the parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will refund the cost of the products, minus shipping fees. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a few working days, depending on bank processing times.
